Mission 1: Lead Finance 4.0 implementation (and Polaris in particular), and coordinate
with all other departments
- Work with stakeholders to synchronize operations with Polaris reporting requirements
- Management of the flows with other tools
• Polaris for Full P&L and B/S (in collaboration with the Finance Control team)
• Polaris for A&P by project
• Anaplan for P&L forecasting
• Adaptive for P&B
- Drive the developments for the new BI tool (Power BI) and the change management post
go‐live
Mission 2: Build a Data Warehouse, in collaboration with IT teams and other teams
- Define the local Master Data governance
- Ensuring data quality and coherence across all Finance tools
Mission 3: Actively participate to the “Beyond Budget” implementation (rolling forecast
instead of annual budget)
- S&OP process and Executive S&OP deck: participate actively to the processfrom a financestandpoint (bring value perspective in the forecast) and participate to the deck
elaboration
- Anaplan ‐ Volume to Value (V2V): Ensure the data quality from Volume to Value (prices,
COGs)
Mission 4: Coordinate the finance transformation roadmap, setting a proper project
management treatment, in collaboration with the PMO
- Participate in steering & project committees across Singapore Finance transformation
- Gather and share best practices between affiliates
- Consolidate and share feedbacks by the teams in the implementation (lack of resources
or technical issues) to share with the PMO Digital transformation across SEA and the
Transformation office in Asia
- Work together with the PMO on the change management (training, etc...)
Mission 5: Participate to financial reporting processes and monitoring of the performance
- Providing ongoing support to business analysis team in relation to Group reporting
procedures (PRISMA/Polaris)
- Participating to any BA tasks that may be required depending on the priorities set
- Be proactive in terms of improvement of financial processes and existing analysis
regarding the activity and the performance.
Job Requirements:
– Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
– Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
– Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local tax regulations
– Strong knowledge in Excel application
– Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and methods
– Familiarity with JD Edwards will be an advantage
Personal and Behavioral Skills:
