about the job

  • Responsible for all aspect of Physical Security, planning and organizing the security and accountable for protecting the sites, residents and Company properties under your charge.
  • Coordinate complaints and liaise with relevant contractors, tenant/owner service management, security management, property management, common area management, maintenance management and landscape management.
  • Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis.
  • Maintain property by enforcing rules of occupancy.
  • Ensure all preventive maintenance regimes for all M&E equipment, Specialist systems are implemented and are in compliance to the relevant legislations and safe work procedures.
  • Reviewing and instilling safety procedures and compliances.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local authorities requirements.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


about the manager/team


Reporting to the Country General Manager. He is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. The team works well and has a good team spirit.



skills & experience required

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in building maintenance and management.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards in the property management industry will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) for proper documentation and filing.
  • Diploma / Degree in Building Service &/or Building Management.
  • Good in planning work flow and strong communication skills.
