- responsible for developing HRIS/HRMS software solutions.
- conceptualize, design, execute, and expand a range of software applications and products critical to our core business operations.
- assess designs, code, unit tests, and technical documentation produced by fellow developers.
- create, develop, test, deploy, and maintain programs and systems according to established specifications.
- aid in analyzing requirements and formulating recommendations for the most suitable systems approach.
- contribute insights to the selection of tools and technologies integrated into our software stack.
- apply your expertise to enhance our operational processes and methodologies continually.
- offer time/schedule estimations to team leaders and suggest corrective measures for timeline adherence as needed.
knowledge, skills and experience
- bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- minimum 3 - 4 years of software development experience using Python on Django framework
- adept at database design, optimization, and tuning in Mysql
- experience in APIs development
- exposure to GCP / AWS / Azure development ecosystems is a plus
- proficient in git/bitbucket
- solid understanding of object-oriented programming
