Randstad is partnering with an international company who are the market leader in semiconductor industry. The company is currently looking for a QMS Manager as part of their growth strategy.

You will need to:

• Drive the development, deployment and implementation of business excellence, lean strategy and quality integration
• Design, develop, coordinate and roll out a process Excellence, Business system/Quality and Lean training program for all company functional process owners
• Evaluate and execute business practices, and compliance with global corporate social and environmental responsibility, conflict minerals per SEC requirements, RBA compliance
• Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure the effectiveness of ISO9001:2015 implementation and give recommendations for continual improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in (Science/Engineering) or any equivalent
• Min 5 years of working in relevant position
• Certified or specialized training in Quality and/or Organizational Excellence will be added advantages
