Randstad is partnering with an international company who are one of the well-known companies for Foods & Beverage. The company is currently looking for a Senior Quality Manager as part of their growth strategy.
Reporting to: Regional VP Quality & Food Safety Manager
You will need to:
- Ensure compliance with all ISO, HACCP, GFSI (FSSC), HALAL and other relevant standards, including customer/external audit requirements
- Build up good relationship with local authorities and assure full compliance with national and international quality/food safety related legislation
- Support and coordinate with the Regional and Global Quality team for quality improvement projects
- Works with all stakeholders including Product Development, Production, Commercial teams and customers to determine optimized processes to meet customer requirements
- To monitor factory GMP and ensure timely and effective corrective actions are taken.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 10-15 years working experience in quality management position
- Exposure to MNC culture & environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skill.
