Randstad is partnering with an international company who are the market leader for compostable resin products. The company is currently looking for a Quality Manager as part of their growth strategy.

You will need to:

• Responsible for all QA/QC activities in the factory and that the appropriate systems are in place.
• To ensure that no product is shipped to the customers which is not within the specification.
• To facilitate trouble shooting and solution of problems in cooperation with production as they arise.
• Confidently deal with customer queries/complaints and concessional release of product if required.
• Responsible for all technical / product development
• To conduct all tasks with a highly oriented approach and achieving outstanding levels of customer satisfaction, principally in the area of quality and service.
• The incumbent should strive to improve business performance, particularly in the area of staff training, and through involvement in other business improvement projects
• Responsible for ensuring that all procedures are conducted in accordance with the Quality/ISO systems and enforcing QC/QA standards and ISO procedures to be applied

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any science discipline
• 5 years working experience in QA/QC functions
• Experiences in plastic extrusion/printing processes will be added advantages
• Well versed in ISO 9000 Quality Management System/Seven QC Tools
