about the job

• Maintain and develop effective standards and procedures throughout the entire product lifecycle, including material receiving, manufacturing, and final product delivery, to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure thorough product and process testing to consistently produce high-quality and safe products.
• Implement periodic inspections at each processing stage to verify product compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee and enhance online inspections for gluing, printing, and die-cutting defects during production.
• Generate reports on quality issues, process efficiency, and compliance with standards, and facilitate quality meetings for ongoing improvement.
• Assist in handling customer complaints, coordinate audits, manage QA personnel, support new product development, and promote environmental and sustainability goals while aligning procurement practices with company standards.

skill/experience

• Possess degree in Engineering, or any relevant working experience.
• Possess working experience in the FMCG/Food industry is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
