- Establish quality procedures and standards while ensuring compliance with national and international production standards.
- Collaborate with purchasing managers to guarantee that external raw materials meet quality requirements and conduct tests on materials and finished products.
- Oversee health and safety standards during operations and recommend improvements to existing quality processes.
- Collect and analyze quality data, conduct customer surveys, and supervise staff to maintain adherence to established quality procedures.
- Monitor product development, review specifications for potential upgrades, and provide regular reports to upper management on quality activities and compliance.
skills and requirements
- Posses at least 5-10years of relevant working experiences.
- Possess relevant working experiences from a automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel occassionally (within Malaysia and out of Malaysia).
