about the company
Our client is a listed construction company in Singapore. The projects they have been awarded include multiple civil and infrastructure projects, commercial building, as well as industrial projects. Despite the current economic situation, the company has experienced constant and steady growth. They are currently looking for strong and experienced Quantity Surveyors to join their team.


about the job

  • Handling post-contract management scope of work.
  • Handling the forecasting and costing of site materials.
  • Responsible for managing progress claims, certification claims, contract payment and final accounts.
  • Responsible for the procurement management of fast-track construction projects.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the assistant manager and working alongside the project team members.

skills and experience required

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and forecast of all kinds of building and civil works.
  • Independent, strong and experienced in post contractual matters.
  • Willing to work in Singapore.
