about the job
- Assist in preparing bills of quantities, taking-off, and cost estimates.
- Assist in preparing tender submission/quotation.
- Assist in preparing variation order cost and finalize project accounts together with the Project Department.
- Assist in preparing claims and obtaining approvals from Clients or Consultants.
- Assist in sourcing for potential subcontractors and suppliers.
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and authorities on all aspects of tender.
- Assist in preparing project budgetary and comparison in terms of tender and sub-contract works.
- Assist in preparing subcontractors and suppliers' work package tender.
- Assist in preparing monthly progress claims and payment recommendations to the Management.
- Assist in compiling all the costing files and summaries to Post-Contract Negotiation / Awarding Committee for final negotiations once the project is secured.
about the manager/team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working together with a team of Quantity Surveyors.
Skills and experience required
- Candidate must process or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
