Our client is looking for a Project Based Quantity Surveyor to be placed in Penang for one of their industrial projects.


    about the job

    • Handling post-contract management scope of work.
    • Handling the forecasting and costing of site materials.
    • Responsible for managing progress claims, certification claims, contract payment and final accounts.
    • Responsible for the procurement management of fast-track construction projects.

    about the manager/team
    As the construction industry is warming up again, our client is looking to add to their team to feed the needs of their new projects.

    requirements

    • Willing to work in Penang
    • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
    • Experience in handling industrial projects like factory, manufacturing plant, data center, warehouse etc.
    • Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and forecast.
