• Verify that all information and documents submitted met the requirements and/or conditions set by the superior by conducting an audit to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Keep track of and follow up with the appropriate staff members to ensure that information and papers are submitted on time.
• When necessary, assist with gathering, analysing, and compiling material for any document.
• Create daily, monthly, and/or any other relevant reports as needed for evaluation by superiors.
• Keep all information and/or documents secure at all times by appropriately locking them up and maintaining their high level of confidentiality.
• Conduct routine audits of all paperwork to make sure that all files, reports, and documents—both hardcopy and softcopy—are stored or organised correctly.
