about the company

Our client is a well known e-commerce company with footprints across Asia.

about the role

You will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy for the Malaysia business, while bringing a high level of clarity surrounding hiring plans and metrics, including digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning

duties:

  • Develop and implement planning, sourcing, selection strategies.
  • Lead, manage and develop the recruiting team; driving a high level of performance against company’s hiring plans.
  • Ensure that candidates have an excellent experience throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with department heads to understand their staffing and workforce planning needs.
  • Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts, identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
  • Identify future talent needs; work with recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management or any field related
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant recruitment experience and also branding
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with a majority of millennials.
