key responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, networking and from our database.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for further consideration.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Job Posting: Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and platforms, ensuring they reach the right audience.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and candidate availability to support recruitment strategies.
Candidate Engagement: Assist in managing candidate relationships, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends.

qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong business acumen and strong critical skills with the ability to find quick solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive and willing to take initiative.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
