about the role

They are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their TA team. You will be supporting the end to end recruitment cycle in line with the company's growth and strategy plan. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

• Understanding the business needs and mapping them to the skills within the Market;
• Conducting external strategic searches
• Managing the entire recruiting process (sourcing, CV screening, interviews, assessment, offers, feedback sessions etc.);
• Optimizing the candidate’s experience by guiding them through hiring process and connecting them to the company culture;
• As an active key role in the company's development, you will also be involved in creating different strategies and organizing different events in order to facilitate the company’s growth goals.

about the team/manager

You will be reporting directly to the Head of TA and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience and with exposure in IT recruiting. You have excellent networking and communications skills. You have a strong sense of urgency, performance-minded and able to work under time constraints. Is that you?
