about the job
As the Change Manager, you will be given the opportunity to oversee business transformation by incorporating proper practices within the regional offices. Because of the strategic nature of the role, a strong sense of consulting will prove beneficial when advising the business stakeholders. You will also work with the project team to suggest policies for improvement during the transition.
job requirements
- At least 6 years of experience
- Experience working within consulting firms is preferred
- Knowledge in Project Management and ERP is a plus
- Demonstrated change management skills in business transformation projects
- Able to manage stakeholders on a regional scale
