about the role
With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a Regional HR Manager, SEA to lead end to end people processes implementation aimed at improving employee experience for the growing business in the South East Asia region. Your responsibilities include but not limited to: -
- Assist in implementation of integration efforts to align new organisations
- Support in developing & executing organisation-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals
- Workforce planning – Support in analysing and forecasting headcount and budget
- Run performance and talent processes for the regions
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of Generalist Human Resources experience. You will have advanced knowledge in HR policies and procedures, with strong understanding of company act and other related laws and regulations. You have strong interpersonal skills and management skills. Is that you?
