the role
- responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple clinic branches, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
- development and implementation of strategic plans for the assigned division, tracking of metrics and ROI, and proactive analysis of service excellence gaps
- financial and revenue growth management, labor management, and clinical outcomes within the division
- maintaining awareness of competition, developing positive relationships with physicians, and building a skilled team of teammates
the experience
- Several years of experience in a leadership or management position, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, track metrics and ROI, and analyze trends impacting service delivery
- Strong financial management skills, including experience managing revenue growth and labor costs.
- Experience in building and leading a team of skilled professionals, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, and implementing professional development programs.
- Able to travel frequently around the central region in Malaysia.
