You will be joining a renown food manufacturer based in Johor as a Regional Order Processing Manager.
The role requires a skilled leader to enhance customer service experience and overall service delivery performance.

duties and responsibility:
- Streamline the entire Supply Chain process with goals to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery to customers.
- Create and execute logistics strategies, financial plans, and protocols to ensure optimal alignment with customer requirements while adhering to budget limitations.
- Ensure end to end order fulfilment process is properly and accurately fulfilled from order receiving to delivery.
- Ensure sufficient inventory availability to meet customers requirements (ie. quality & quantity)
- Formulate and oversee budgetary allocations in accordance with the established plan, ensuring the most effective utilization of logistics assets.
- Supervise customs declaration and shipping processes and resolve trade compliance matters, if any.
skill/experience:
- Strong operational and strategic management skills
- Minimum 10 years of technical experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Management and Customer Service.
- Regional market exposure is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in SAP or ERP and MS Excel
