about the role
They are currently looking for a Regional Payroll Team Leader in response to their growth. You will ensure the timely preparation of the monthly payroll process/submit tax and social security reporting (where applicable) and to close payroll each month within deadlines and ensure posting of accurate payroll costs into the financial system. To ensure group responsibilities and KPIs are attained, to plan work schedules for the team and assist the Manager in any ad hoc task which may arise
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the Global Payroll Manager, leading a team of 4-5.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years in regional payroll, preferably in an outsourcing/ssc environment and managing a team. You will have advanced knowledge in HR policies and procedures, with strong understanding of company act and other related laws and regulations. You have strong interpersonal skills and management skills. Is that you?
