the role
- Spearheading the company's market expansion efforts across Southeast Asia, with a strategic focus on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand.
- Identifying, nurturing, and cultivating relationships with key accounts, ensuring their engagement with our product offerings and a commitment to long-term partnerships.
- Overseeing the network of distributors in the region, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and the delivery of a consistent brand experience to customers.
- Setting and achieving challenging sales revenue targets, employing your market knowledge and expertise to devise strategies that drive growth and success.
the experience
- A degree in Food Science, Business, or a closely related field is essential.
- Minimum 4 years of regional sales experience within the food ingredients sector.
- Ability initiative to identify opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and drive forward momentum in a rapidly evolving industry independently.
- Willingness to travel to different locations within the Southeast Asian region.
