You will be reporting to the National Sales Manager (General Trade) and managing 2 Area Sales Managers.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives by managing and motivating a team of sales professionals.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 2 Area Sales Managers to achieve their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Distributor Management, Lower Trade and General Trade Business in an FMCG environment
- Effective communicator, strong in stakeholder management, analytics & good business planning
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
