This role reports to the Senior Channel Development Manager
This role is based in Kuantan, Pahang
Job Description:
- To formulate strategies and Action Plans to maximise sales performance within the region
- Manage, develop, and motivate the sales force and promoter team
- To lead and conduct regular meetings with the sales and promoter team
- Manage company's budgets, distributor's inventory, primary and secondary sales, claims and collection
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Strong people management
- A strong understanding of General Trade, Independent Key Account and Supermarket Business
- Analytical bent of mind and ability to do number crunching
- 3-4 years of relevant working experience in FMCG Industry
- Someone who has experience with personal care products will be preferred
