The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Deputy General Manager and manage a team of 4 direct subordinates and 14 indirect subordinates. You will be responsible for leading, developing, driving and implementing sales strategies and plans that support the company's sales, growth and profitability goals, and work with the distributor's sales team to achieve sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver East Coast region sales and profitability target and market share objectives
- Setting direction and regular coaching and engagement to sales team to meet the company's objectives
- Drive and increase Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) of master routing coverage and hit rate & call rate
- To identify growth opportunities area and increase efficiency with distributors to achieve win-win situations
- Manage the promotional fund within the budget allocated to meet sales and marketing objectives and ROI
