Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be based in either Sabah or Sarawak. This position will be covering the total East Malaysia Region which consists of Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the sales targets and market share objectives in East Malaysia.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and create action plans.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners in the region.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
