As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team in a specific geographic region. Your main goal will be to drive sales growth and increase market share in your designated region.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Developing and implementing sales strategies: You will develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets for your region, and establish sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team.
Managing sales team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the sales team in your region. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to help the team meet their targets and goals.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers: You will work with key customers and distributors to maintain strong relationships and grow sales in your region.
Market research and analysis: You will conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, and stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Collaborating with other teams: You will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure that products are being marketed effectively in your region.
Reporting and analysis: You will provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management to keep them informed of sales performance and progress towards targets.

Job Requirements:

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or its equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience in the FMCG Industry; experience in distributor management is preferred
Candidates with a beverage background will be preferred
Must be able to be based in any state in the Northern Region
Flexible to travel
