This role reports to the National Sales Manager
The role can be based in either the East Coast or the Northern Region of Malaysia
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be setting up new distributor organisations including regional distributors, distributor sales organisation at the assigned region
- You will be determining the long and short term goals of the region assigned
- Manage the distributor teams to deliver listings and annual agreements with key retailers
- Manage distributor operations sales team, sales opportunity and achievement, collection, category strategy implementation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the FMCG Industry
- Handling the diaper category is an added advantage
- Flexible to travel
