This role reports to the Head of Sales and manages a team of 2 executives. The Regional Sales Manager (Southern) will oversee and drive the sales operations within the Southern region of Malaysia, focusing on both HORECA and retail channels. This role demands a strategic leader with strong sales acumen
Job Description:
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the Southern region, addressing the unique needs of the channels
- Set and achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the region.
- Cultivate relationships with key accounts within the HORECA and retail channes
- Develop promoitonal activities and brand activation events to boost product visibility and consumption
- Analyze regional market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Prior team management experience
