about the company:
Randstad is partnering with a German based MNC company that specialize in manufacturing of industrial machine needles. The company is expanding their footprint in SEA countries and looking for Regional Sales Manager to be part of their growing team.
duties and responsibility:
- The regional sales manager will be responsible for covering SEA countries.
- Regular preparation and analysis of market studies and competitive analyses
- Preparation, creation and follow-up of quotations and orders
- Technical training and service (online / on-site)
- Customer Relation Management (including master data maintenance)
- Budget preparation and control in close coordination with business unit management
- Representation at trade fairs and other appropriate events
- Purposeful and skillful combination of online and offline channels to acquire new customers and expand existing customers
- At least 8 years professional experience in the sale of products requiring technical explanation
- Bachelor degree with a commercial or technical focus
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office with focus on Excel, Outlook and Teams
