The role also involves maintaining the Workday system, conducting training sessions, and providing expertise to people team to ensure process compliance and data accuracy. Additionally, the successful candidate will advise on complex C&B decisions, monitor performance management systems, and recommend improvements to align with company goals.

skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of experience inin the field of compensation, benefits, or total rewards management & Performance Management. You have a strong understanding of compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies.
