about the role

You will be responsible for providing guidance to business when it comes to advising and interpreting policies and controls related to Retail Relationship Manager. The employer is looking for a Relationship Manager that possess excellent communication, strong leadership qualities and people's skill to support the strategic expansion business mainly focused in Retail Banking high nett worth clients. You will be reporting straight to the Premier Manager.

duties

- You will acquire and foster relationships with high net worth customers with the objective of generating revenue

- You will be marketing investments products and cross-sell banbk consumer products to new and existing customers that include lending products, credit cards, wealth products such as UT and Banca and Islamic Banking products

- You will be liasing with internal department to ensure customers need are fulfilled effectively

- You need to ensure customer loyalty and promote brand identity by providing excellent customer service through regular contact with clients, keeping abreast of latest updates and consucting reviews on usage of our range of products.

skills & experience

- Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of sales working experience in Banking or Financial Institution

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

- License : TBE, PCE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC will be added advantage
