Reporting to the General Manager (F&B Operations)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, adherence to health and safety standards, and exceptional guest experiences in a premium dining environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of front-of-house staff, including waitstaff, hosts, and bartenders, to maintain high service standards and promote a positive work culture.
- Monitor and manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability, while implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, handling reservations, addressing complaints, and ensuring personalized service that enhances guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant, plan special events, and develop initiatives that drive foot traffic and elevate the restaurant’s brand in the community.
about the manager/team
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing operations in a fine dining or premium restaurant environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with experience in staff training, development, and performance management in a hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial reports to ensure the restaurant’s profitability, including experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering personalized, high-quality guest experiences and resolving issues with professionalism and poise.
