Randstad is partnering with a well-known beauty & skincare brand. They are currently looking for a Retail Manager to be part of the company.

- Your subordinates: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Make Up Artist, Senior Beauty Advisors and Beauty Advisors
- Reporting to Sales & Operations Manager
You will need to:
- Demonstrates strong sales skills and able to train team member to develop own sales skills and KPI and work with Sales & Operation Manager regularly in formulate needs on KPI to help team member in reaching their sales goals.
- Responsible for team sale achievements and enjoy and establish in implementing action plans to develop sales strategy.
- Plan and strategize on stock FEFO and keep track on stock expiring from time to time with plan to ensure minimum returns and conduct stock and retail audit from time to time.
- Keep monitor the High Sales Product and Stock on Hand (SOH) and execution minimize the Out Of Stock (OOS) for the store.
- Implement and ensure effective execution of marketing plans/activities with objectives and right mechanics in order to target the right customer buying behaviours.
Requirements:
- 5 years working experience in Retail Operation
- Experienced in Beauty industry will be added advantages
