Randstad is partnering with a well known Skincare/Beauty brand. The company is currently looking for a (Retail) Merchandising Manager as part of their growth strategy.
You will need to:
- Responsible to lead a merchandising team managing the commercial selection and availability of the right products across all retail channels and product categories to ensure sales targets are met.
- Need to build, manage, train and supervise merchandising team members. Targeting to build in-house merchandiser team (Approximate more than 10 headcounts).
- Oversee the delivery and distribution of stock to branches and retail partners.
- Maintain awareness of competitor performance and conduct store visits.
- Work closely with merchandiser agency for the update of merchandiser daily work
Requirements:
- Min 3-5 years leading a team of Merchandisers
- Strong leadership skills
- Candidate from Skincare/Beauty/Pharma will be added advantages
