Randstad is partnering with a well-known health supplement brand. They are currently looking to hire a Asst Operations Manager (Retail) to join them.

You will need to:

Monitor and control Business Centre inventory to prevent exceeding set limits.
Conduct training sessions as needed to update team members on company SOPs and policies.
Act as the primary liaison between Business Centres and the company to assist with any operational issues.
Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reference and compliance purposes.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new sales operations systems/modules.
Regularly visit Business Centres to oversee operations and ensure adherence to set guidelines

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in managing a team
Good interpersonal, problem-solving skills and well organized.
Able to conduct training to branch staffs
