Randstad is partnering with a well-known health supplement brand. They are currently looking to hire a Asst Operations Manager (Retail) to join them.
You will need to:
- Monitor and control Business Centre inventory to prevent exceeding set limits.
- Conduct training sessions as needed to update team members on company SOPs and policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between Business Centres and the company to assist with any operational issues.
- Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reference and compliance purposes.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new sales operations systems/modules.
- Regularly visit Business Centres to oversee operations and ensure adherence to set guidelines
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in managing a team
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving skills and well organized.
- Able to conduct training to branch staffs
