Randstad is partnering with a well-known fashion brand. They are currently looking for a Retail Operations Manager to be part of the company.

You will need to:
- Develop and review an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization which includes the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the organization
- Identify underperforming stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively including mystery shopping results
- Facilitate coordination and communication with various other departments within the organizational structure
- Manage the opening process for new stores, by proposing new store locations, providing official sign-off for new stores, and monitoring the operational processes related to the store opening (store development, layout planning, marketing, etc)
Requirements:
- 8 years working experience in related field as Retail Operational with at least 3-5 years managerial background.
- Experience in highly competitive, multi-tasking, high volume and multi brands environment
