You will need to:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless and premium customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales, including marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for jewelry.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
Requirements:
- A proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Knowledge of jewelry products, gemstones, and precious metals is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
