Randstad is partnering with the market leader for premium ceramic tile. The company is currently looking for a Retail Store Manager as part of their growth strategy.
Highlight for role:-
- 5 days work (9-6pm)
- RM 7000 – RM 10,000
You will need to:
- Achieves sales target and net income target, analyzing variance and initiating corrective actions.
- Develop relationships and identify new business opportunities with house owners, architects, interior designers, and contractors to drive sales.
- Manage resources to ensure smooth running of store operations and in-store service performance.
- Recommendation of areas of improvement to continuously improve productivity.
- Recruit, train and manage new store employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a fleet of retail stores.
- Experience in sales & marketing related to building materials industry will be an added advantage.
