Randstad is currently looking for a Retail Store Manager for one of our clients who is selling kitchen appliances, household products and etc.
You will need to:
- Ensure each customer receives excellent customer service at our store.
- Responsible for daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management.
- Proactively provide updated products consultation to customers.
- Train & develop team in achieving group targets.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and continuous improvement of product display.
- Handle customers enquiries and coordinate from start to end of the sales to delivery process.
- Participate in all company related activities including warehouse sale, exhibition, training, and company activities.
- Assist in all activities planned by company in supporting overall business growth.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years sales experience in retail store
- Sales driven person, strong leadership skills
- Exposure in retail environment - sanitary wares, kitchen & bath; bath, tiles, building material, soft furnishing, or one-stop home centre / home improvement will be added advantages
