about the job
- To support the overall business objectives of the Group by managing enterprise risks, including Environment, Social and Governance (“ESG”) risks.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks across business functions and projects, maintaining a comprehensive risk register.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to mitigate identified risks' impact on the organization's objectives.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc risk reports for Management, offering clear insights and recommended actions.
- Continuously monitor risks within departments, adding new risks and adjusting existing ones as needed.
- Cultivate a risk-aware culture through employee training and workshops to enhance risk management understanding.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards, guiding adjustments for ongoing compliance.
- Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of risks, strategies, and progress.
- Integrate ESG and Climate-related risks and controls into relevant departments' operations.
about the requirements
- Possess relevant qualification in Risk Management and have work experience of minimum 3-5 years in the Risk Management related field.
- Able to communicate fluently and lead a team.
- Possess good interpersonal and presentation skills.
