Job Description:

We are dedicated to expanding mobile payment capabilities worldwide. In doing so, we confront dynamic, complex, and ever-evolving risks, including but not limited to fraud, CNP (card-not-present), ATO (account taken over), and abuse. To address these challenges, we employ robust risk control solutions and are actively implementing machine learning algorithms.

Objectives:

• Support our International's business growth by harnessing our business risk capabilities.
• Ensure the safety of our Online Acquiring business while managing fraud and maintaining a positive user experience.

The successful candidate will serve as the expert in risk solutions, providing risk assessments and solutions to mitigate risk by leveraging our business risk capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Stay current and be well-versed in the latest Global Risk management technology and industry Risk solutions.

2. Collaborate with the business team to implement risk solution designs, leveraging our risk capabilities to facilitate the achievement of business goals.

3. Design solutions and provide risk assessments for the acquiring business to mitigate risk effectively.

4. Take responsibility for solution-based project management, engaging internal stakeholders across functions to ensure the timely delivery of risk solutions and continuously monitor their effectiveness.

5. Continuously optimize risk performance and user experience through solution or operational process upgrades.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in payment and risk expertise, including mobile payments, digital payments, fraud, risk consulting, acquiring business, etc.

2. Experience in risk solution design and project delivery.

3. Proficiency in Project Management and a strong results-driven approach.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to leverage multi-functional resources.

5. Critical and systematic thinking, with a strong ability to collect and analyze data and information.

6. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
