This role supports financial operations in a shared services center. Responsibilities includes maintaining stakeholders relationship, transactional processing, reporting and supporting continuous improvements projections.
Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including key customers and the finance team to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Handle transactional processing tasks such as balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, cash receipts, and daily queries.
- Provide reports and support for audits as needed.
- Offer customer service and advice to clients and the finance team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in accounting procedures and systems.
It would be a good fit if you are:
- Degree in Accounting and Finance or any other equivalent courses
- 3 -5 years relevant working experience in GL & reporting position
- Able to work under minimal supervision, self-initiative and critical thinker
- Excellent communication skills in English
