Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Leadership and Strategy:

2. Global Process Standardization:
- Drive process standardization efforts across business units and regions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish global process standards and workflows.
3. Technology and Automation:
- Leverage technology and automation solutions to streamline RTR processes and enhance accuracy.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to optimize financial operations.
4. Regulatory Compliance:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
- Extensive experience in financial operations, RTR processes, and process management, preferably within a GBS or large multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software ( SAP /Oracle)
