Main Responsibilities
Oversees processing and reporting of all transactions on Record to Report functions
Manage the deliverable of monthly, quarter and year end close requirements and ensure they are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Main focal for transition of R2R processes into SSC and transformation programs including planning, training, knowledge transfer, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documentations preparations and issue resolutions.
Manage the team for the month end close to ensure the deadlines & deliverable as agreed in the SLAs are completed on time.
Compile, analyse and report key business and financial management processes and measures to management
Lead standardisation of processes and procedures between legacy entities with new entities
Drive process consistency and standardisation to optimise operational efficiency & effectiveness and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements :
Total years of experience should be a minimum of 8 years in related RTR / GL Functions
Managerial experience of leading a headcount at 8 or above will be great
SAP knowledge is highly advantageous
Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively
Experience of working in a shared service centre / Global Business Services across a global/large organisation will be an added advantage.
