Primary Responsibilities
Lead the team in executing the following tasks:
Regularly update the funds schedule on a monthly basis.
Ensure adequate funds are available to cover invoice payments, allotments, advances, and other financial obligations.
Oversee monthly bank reconciliations for transactions and validate supporting documentation.
Prepare requisition forms for payment processing.
Record necessary journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.
Ensure timely processing of owner disbursements upon receipt.
Maintain up-to-date accounts payable records and promptly notify Treasury of any discrepancies.
Accurately update various financial entries, such as union dues and management fees.
Reconcile balance sheets on a monthly basis and update as per the predefined template.
Generate and submit monthly reports in a timely manner.
Prepare budget follow-up reports by comparing actual figures against budgeted amounts.
Collaborate with and promptly address inquiries from various entities related to the group, ensuring responses are provided within two working days.
Efficiently plan and manage the group's workload to meet objectives and task execution.
Coach and transfer knowledge to assistants to enhance group efficiency.
Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in individual and group work processes.
Execute activities in alignment with agreed-upon succession planning details involving identified individuals.
