You will be part of the new team in the business division holding a new product, and will be required to propose, plan, and strategize with the team to build the customer base from scratch.
about the job
- You will maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. This will be a 100% hunting role in the beginning, and will slowly transition to a 80/20 hunting/farming role after having build a customer base.
- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
- Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how the company solution can help help their IT roadmap
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
skills and experience required
- 6 to 15 years of sales experience within cloud software OR solutions sales organization.
- Willing to travel (within Malaysia) to meet with customers.
- Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Results oriented and willing to learn new product and technologies supported by the company
- Preferable experience or willing to work in a new team building new customer base from scratch.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the General Manager in a team of 4 staffs comprised of both Sales and Presales Consultant. You will work closely with stakeholders/vendors while working to resolve customers painpoint by proposing the right solution.
