    Your future employer is an award winning township developer. As the property market is starting to warm up again, we are looking for aspiring sales professionals to join the expanding team.

    about the job

    • Active involvement in sales activities i.e roadshows, networking events, to actively increase customer database.
    • To have an in-depth understanding of the property market and its sentiments.
    • Coordinating between customers, internal and external stakeholders to ensure Sale & Purchase Agreement signing and successful loan applications.
    • To take up a consultative approach and provide professional advice to all potential home buyers.
    • To manage the internal database and produce relevant reports as and when required.


    about the manager/team
    The team works well and has a good team spirit. Ample support with be provided to ensure the success of each employee.

    skills & experiences required

    • Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma from any discipline.
    • Good communication skills with a flair for managing relationships.
    • Results oriented mindset with a strong urge to succeed in the real estate industry.
    • Fresh graduates or sales professionals from any industry are welcome.
