about the job
- Process incoming inquiries and provide quotations
- Contact customers regarding small-scale projects
- Compile monthly summaries of quoted projects
- Calculate project costs and forward them to sales engineer for follow up
- Organize and maintain records for quoted projects
- Assist with general office administrative tasks and daily operations
skill and experience
- SPM/Diploma in Business Studies or any equivalent field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1 year working experience in Sales and Marketing administrative position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good data entry skills and record keeping
