about the job

• To identify, manage and acquire new sales leads.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding interior design and provide professional advice on furnishing ideas and material specifications based on client's expectations.
• Conduct day-to-day sales activities while providing top-notch customer support.
• To coordinate all necessary communication between external and internal parties to ensure smooth progress and handover of ongoing projects.
• Track sales prospects, collect payments, and serve the clients.
• Create 2D layout drawings and 3D drawings using in-house software.

about the requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in Design or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field
• Preferable prior experience in handling and managing retail or commercial projects
• Ability to exert leadership skills and manage a team of different personalities well
• Organised and independent in executing tasks provided by the company
