the role
- To target and win new business across the region and achieve the sales targets set out.
- Actively engage and implement defined sales initiatives, strategies, KPIs and programmes as required.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the Head of Sales.
- Be responsible for market intelligence in the territory and provide regular feedback to the management.
- Monitor and analyse performance related metrics and suggest improvements.
the experience
- Proven sales experience in the B2B manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a good understanding of medical device manufacturing sectors.
- Good negotiation skills with ability to win new business independently.
- Ability to analyse, understand and drive sales performance metrics.
- Able to travel across Malaysia for meetings.
